Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Inside Sales Executives to join our team.
This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in sales and business development.
You do not need to find customers on your own. Shanil will provide qualified leads. Your responsibility is to connect with prospective customers, understand their business requirements, explain our services, schedule meetings where required, follow up consistently, and convert leads into clients.
Complete product training, sales training, and CRM training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided leads through phone calls.
- Understand customer business requirements and challenges.
- Explain Shanil's products and digital solutions professionally.
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Schedule online or in-person meetings for interested prospects.
- Follow up regularly until the sales process is completed.
- Maintain lead status and communication records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams during the sales process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
