MIS Executive

Global EdTech is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data reporting, maintain dashboards, and support decision-making across departments such as Sales, Operations, and Academics. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data tracking, reporting efficiency, and smooth information flow across teams.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare performance dashboards for sales, admissions, and academic operations.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, Excel sheets, internal tools).
• Generate reports on key business metrics such as leads, conversions, revenue, and counselor performance.
• Support management with data insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all reported data.
• Automate reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and basic VBA (if required).
• Coordinate with sales and academic teams to validate and verify data inputs.
• Identify gaps in data and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational data.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred: Commerce, IT, or Statistics).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Preferred Skills:Experience in EdTech / Sales MIS / CRM reporting.
• Knowledge of dashboards (Power BI / Tableau is a plus).
• Basic understanding of SQL or data handling tools.f
