Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible professional to oversee

day-to-day business operations, manage staff performance, and ensure that every assigned task is

completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership,

solving problems independently, and acting as the operational backbone of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of all staff members.

• Assign, track, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Follow up with team members to maintain accountability.

• Ensure no CRM enquiry remains unanswered.

• Ensure no customer complaint is ignored and that all issues are resolved promptly.

• Monitor daily operations and identify bottlenecks before they become problems.

• Maintain reports, task trackers, and management updates.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Source and research content creators, photographers, agencies, and freelancers for new projects.

• Identify and approach influencers for brand collaborations.

• Communicate professionally with vendors, creators, customers, and partners in English.

• Take initiative without waiting for constant instructions and continuously look for process

improvements.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• High level of ownership and accountability.

• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and office tools.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, office management, or team

management.

• Experience in e-commerce, beauty, retail, or digital marketing is an advantage.

Performance Will Be Measured By

• Timely completion of staff tasks.

• Zero unattended CRM queries.

• Fast resolution of customer complaints.

• Team productivity and operational efficiency.

• Successful sourcing and coordination with creators and influencers
