Job Description
- Organize materials batch-wise and item-wise, following the FIFO Method of storage for easy identification and accessibility.
- Ensure timely stock reconciliation - physical & ERP inventory Optimize warehouse space utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure inventory safety, cleanliness, and orderly storage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure pallet usage is done appropriately.
- Do batch-wise picking of inventory for future dispatch orders.
- Manage scrap clearance, sale, and disposal in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams for effective stock planning and availability.
- Ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment (on-time delivery).
- Coordination with logistics partners.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling and minimal material damage.
- Follow up with logistics partners for LRs.
- Ensure and check if batch-wise picking is done for dispatch orders.
- Take the logistics partner’s signature on documents.Generate invoices, GRNs, and E-way Bills through ERP systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry for labour and transport bills.
- Filling the data on FMS, Checklists, and all internal MIS systems.
- Ensure completion of administrative responsibilities such as pest control, water supply, printer ink, fire compliance, petrol for forklift, electricity bills, and general facility upkeep.
- Checking the implementation of all AMCs for the warehouse equipment.
- Send warehouse expense invoices to the head office via courier.
- Open the warehouse daily by 9:00 A.M.
