Job Description
📍 Location: Saket, Delhi (Office-Based)
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Demo Specialist to join our growing SaaS team. In this role, you'll conduct live product demonstrations, explain software features clearly, and help potential customers understand how our products solve their day-to-day challenges.
No prior experience with our products is required - we'll train you. What matters most is your ability to communicate confidently, learn quickly, and enjoy interacting with people.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Explain product features in a simple and engaging manner.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic product-related questions.
- Learn and stay updated on new product features.
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to improve demo experiences.
Required Skills
- Fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Quick learner with a willingness to understand new software products.
- Confident speaking to individuals and small groups during live demonstrations.
Preferred
- Experience in customer support, training, sales, or software demonstrations is a plus.
- Interest in SaaS products and technology.
