Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through customer referrals, walk-ins, digital leads, and existing customer databases.
- Meet prospective customers to understand their financial and insurance needs.
- Recommend suitable life insurance products such as term plans, savings plans, ULIPs, retirement plans, and child plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Assist customers with documentation, policy issuance, and after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
