Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM) – Real Estate

Location: Sector 90, Noida

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + High Performance Incentives

What You'll Do

  • Connect with prospective buyers through calls, digital leads, referrals, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable property options.
  • Arrange and conduct project presentations and site visits.
  • Build trust with customers by providing expert guidance throughout the buying journey.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the confidence to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
