This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy fashion, like talking to customers, and want to grow in the retail clothing industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and create a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable ROKKX products.
• Recommend sizes, colors, fits, styles, and matching combinations.
• Explain product details such as fabric, fit, price, offers, and styling options.
• Handle POS billing, UPI/card/cash payments, and PhonePe POS transactions.
• Manage exchanges, returns, billing corrections, and payment confirmations carefully.
• Maintain product display, folding, trial-room support, and store cleanliness.
• Arrange stock on racks, shelves, and display sections in a neat and attractive way.
• Support barcode scanning, stock checking, inventory updates, and packing.
• Follow up with customers through WhatsApp for offers, new arrivals, and pending purchases.
• Help achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior inside the store.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in fashion, clothing, styling, and retail sales.
• Basic mobile, computer, and POS billing knowledge.
• Ability to speak politely and confidently with customers.
• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge, sales techniques, and store operations.
• Ability to manage customers during busy hours.
• Retail, clothing store, mall store, or fashion sales experience is preferred.
• Freshers with good attitude, confidence, and learning mindset can also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Presentable and well-groomed personality.
• Comfortable with customer interaction and sales.
• Able to stand and manage store operations during working hours.
• Should be careful while handling billing, cash, UPI, cards, and stock.
• Should have a positive attitude and team-working nature.
• Prior experience in apparel, fashion, footwear, accessories, retail, or showroom sales will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives
