Job Role & Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Make outbound calls to warm/interested leads, inquiries, and prospective students generated via our digital marketing channels.

Course Counseling: Effectively pitch and explain IIPS’s certification programs, online tuition programs, and training batches to prospective enrollees or their parents.

Conversion: Guide prospective candidates through the enrollment process and close student registration/sales targets.

Relationship Building: Maintain systematic call logs, follow up diligently with prospective leads, and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Database Management: Keep the internal CRM data updated with call progression status and candidate remarks.

Required Candidate Profile:

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate / MBA in any stream (Business, Management, or Psychology background is a huge plus).

Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or academic counseling (Ed-Tech or education sector experience will be highly preferred). Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome!

Languages: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and professional working fluency in English.

Skills: Strong persuasion skills, active listening capabilities, goal-oriented mindset, and standard smartphone/computer handling knowledge.
