Key role expectations / JD:

  • 5S adherence at shop floor
  • Hourly output as per the target
  • Updation of line documentation of P3 & OPM
  • Shift starting meeting
  • Follow disciplinary and punctuality norms
  • Ensure DPMU
  • Following safety guideline as per the standard
  • Meeting plan vs actual
  • Suggestions, near miss, jidoka, process zero as per target
  • Attending training
  • Shift beginning meetings, break timing to be adhered
  • Follow AS414 standards
