Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Follow the approved execution plan and ensure smooth site operations.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and SOPs.
- Monitor progress to achieve monthly execution targets within the planned timeline.
- Identify and report site issues, technical challenges, and execution constraints to the Site Engineer.
- Maintain quality control and ensure workmanship meets project standards.
- Update the Measurement Book (MB) and Daily Progress Report (DPR) with the Site Engineer every day.
- Raise Material Issue Slips (MIS) as per site requirements.
- Check incoming material quality and ensure proper stacking, storage, and disposal of debris and cut materials.
- Conduct daily team meetings to review progress, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of work.
