School Teacher

Position: Class Teacher (Primary & Secondary)

Responsibilities:

- Teach multiple subjects as assigned (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Kannada, etc.) based on qualifications.

- Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons.

- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.

- Assess students through tests, assignments, and regular observations.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and teaching materials.

- Monitor each student's academic progress and provide individual support where needed.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

- Maintain attendance, report cards, and other school records.

- Participate in school events, assemblies, meetings, and training programs.

- Work collaboratively with other teachers and contribute to the school's growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject.

- B.Ed. preferred (mandatory where applicable).

- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.

- Ability to teach more than one subject.

- Good classroom management skills.

- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage).

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, online teaching tools).

Experience

- Freshers with strong teaching aptitude are welcome.

- Experienced teachers will be given preference.

- Candidates with experience handling multiple subjects and classes will have an added advantage.
