Job Description

Iconier Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who understands modern search beyond traditional Google rankings. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI Search Optimization, Content Optimization, and Analytics to improve visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and AI-powered search platforms.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Website OptimizationPerform comprehensive SEO audits and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct keyword research, keyword mapping, and search intent analysis.
  • Optimize service pages, landing pages, blogs, and location pages.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals, website speed, indexing, and crawlability.
  • Implement internal linking and structured data/schema markup.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools.
  • AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)Create FAQ-rich content for featured snippets and AI answers.
  • Optimize content for voice search and conversational queries.
  • Structure content for AI-generated responses and knowledge panels.
  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)Optimize content for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and AI Overviews.
  • Improve entity-based SEO and brand authority signals.
  • Track AI citations, mentions, and AI referral traffic.
  • Build authoritative content that AI platforms can reference and cite.
  • Local SEOOptimize Google Business Profiles.
  • Build and manage local citations.
  • Create GBP posts and improve local rankings.
  • Monitor reviews and local search performance.
  • Content OptimizationOptimize existing content based on EEAT principles.
  • Create SEO briefs and content strategies.
  • Improve content relevance, topical authority, and semantic SEO.
