Job Description
Dynamic Industrial (est. 1997), based in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR), is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of industrial conveyor systems under Arrowcon and premium sushi conveyors/restaurant automation solutions under Rampwalker Display. We work with customers across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, FMCG, and food service, delivering customized, reliable solutions with a strong focus on quality and timely execution.
We are hiring an experienced Sales Associate to drive B2B sales, market penetration, and dealer/distributor network development. This is a performance-focused role for candidates who can take ownership of targets and consistently convert enquiries into orders through disciplined follow-ups and strong communication.
Key responsibilities include: generating leads through cold calling, WhatsApp/email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, exhibitions, and local market visits; qualifying customer requirements and coordinating proposals with internal teams; managing follow-ups, negotiations, and closures; and building, onboarding, and activating dealers/distributors to expand reach and revenue. The role also requires close coordination with design/engineering/production teams for technical inputs, feasibility, timelines, and customer commitments. Maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, daily activity tracking, and closure forecasts is essential.
Must-have skills: B2B Sales, Market Penetration, Dealer Network Development/Distributor Management, Lead Generation, New Product Launch support, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. English proficiency should be good to fluent, as customer interactions may require it. We prefer candidates with 2–6 years of relevant experience (industrial/engineering/automation sales preferred) who are target-driven, professional, and ethical (no overpromising).
