Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead ManagementContact fresh leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website, WhatsApp, Referrals, Webinars, and Events.
  • Understand prospect requirements and categorize them into:
  • Residential Consultation
  • Commercial Consultation
  • Industrial Consultation
  • Institutional Consultation
  • Vastu Coaching Programs
  • Maintain lead records in CRM.
  • Consultation SalesExplain consultation offerings and deliverables.
  • Qualify prospects based on urgency, budget, and property type.
  • Schedule consultation appointments.
  • Follow up until closure.
  • Course CounsellingExplain curriculum, certification, fees, and career opportunities.
  • Recommend appropriate learning levels:
  • Level 1 (Foundation)
  • Level 2 (Professional)
  • Level 3 (Master Practitioner)
  • Convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Follow-up ManagementConduct systematic follow-ups.
  • Handle objections professionally.
  • Recover lost opportunities where possible.
  • Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly sales targets.
  • Upsell existing clients into advanced courses and premium services.
  • Promote workshops, webinars, and events.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain excellent customer experience.
  • Coordinate with operations team after successful conversion.
  • Collect testimonials and referrals.
  • ReportingMaintain daily sales reports.
  • Track conversion ratios.
  • Monitor lead status and sales pipeline.
