Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple roles and hiring across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job openings across multiple platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (HR specialization preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (startup experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
