Job Description - Anoop Consultancy (Recruitment Services)

Thanks for applying for a Job via Apna Job. We are looking for a recruiter profile. Minimum requirement - Good Communication skills, experience in recruiting candidates, Should have knowledge of how to use job portal and various candidate sourcing websites. Should have fluency in English and Hindi Language. If you have these qualities then please join today's Interview session where multiple people join for interview out those will shortlist 5 to 10 candidates and then will select 3 to 4 candidates. 

This Job is permanently work from home. Candidates should have Laptop/PC, Internet, Phone and SIM. (Mobile recharge will be taken care by Anoop Consultancy).

Job Profile : Understanding Job Description - Sourcing candidates from different sources - Shortlisting candidates - Taking Interview Via Phone or Google Meet - Sharing shortlisted candidate to clients for interview process - Lineup for Interview who get shortlisted by client - Follow-up with candidate and clients about the interview - Taking feedback from both the parties - Working on feedback - Sharing right candidate for the interview process - Joining formalities - Regular follow-up for Joining the firm - Updating Excel sheet about all the process which is shared earlier.

Work timing - 9 hrs (Lunch Break will be of 45 mins) 

Working Days - 6 days (on Saturday till 4.30 pm

Exp - 0 - 2 Years / Salary - 8000 to 12000 per month + Incentives (Depend on interview)

We have an excel sheet of incentive structure that will be provided once it is requested by you.

Once u get shortlisted then u need to do trial work for 15 to 20 days time. In 15 to 20 days trial if u able to close below mention number of vacancies u will fixing ur monthly salary...

one vacancy - salary will be 10k

2 vacancy - salary will be 11k

3 vacancy - salary will be 12k 

4 vacancy - salary will be 13.5 k

5 vacancy - salary will be 15k

Once u r appointed then u need to make sure that u should get atleast 3 to 4 closures every month....and atleast 9 closures in a quarter or need to achieve 2 lakhs business in a quarter.....if you achieve this then there won't be any problem.

Salary structure and detail:

Hello before giving you offer letter or joining letter u need to make sure there should be one joining before we finalize you...for that we give 15 days of time....if u won't be able to close one vacancy then we will not continue further...

If you close the vacancy then we will share with u the joining date and appointment letter.....

Second major and important criteria to work with us:

- If you get salary between 9k to 10k then u need to get at least 2 vacancies closures every month and we calculate it quarterly (3 months). So in 3 months u need to get atleast 6 numbers of vacancies joining. Or in a quarter u need to get a business or revenue of 160000 in 3 months. If it is not achieved then salary will be paid as a 20% whatever you achieved in a quarter.

- if you achieved any figure above 1,60,000 you will be eligible to get incentives.

- If you get salary between 11k to 12.5k then u need to get at least 3 vacancies closures every month and we calculate it quarterly (3 months). So in 3 months u need to get atleast 9 numbers of vacancies joining. Or in a quarter u need to get a business or revenue of 200000 in 3 months. If it is not achieved then salary will be paid as 20% whatever you achieved in a quarter.

- if you achieved any figure above 2,00,000 you will be eligible to get incentives

- If you get salary between 12.5k to 15k then u need to get at least 4 vacancies closures every month and we calculate it quarterly (3 months). So in 3 months u need to get atleast 12 numbers of vacancies joining. Or in a quarter u need to get a business or revenue of 235000 in 3 months. If it is not achieved then salary will be paid as a 20% whatever you achieved in a quarter.

- if you achieved any figure above 2,35,000 you will be eligible to get incentives.
