Job Profile:

We are looking for a reliable HR Executive to be responsible for the overall HR activities of the company

• Recruit candidates.
• Liasoning with Labour contractor and other local agencies and Govt department
• Knowledge of Induction & Joining Formalities for new employees
• Training and preparing new employees for their role
• Update company HR policies as per requirement of Law.
• Maintain employee records.
• Performance Evaluation.
• Employee Relations.
• Enforcement of Disciplinary Actions
• Training need identification and arranging Specific Trainings for employee development
• HR Compliance as per various HR related Lawas
• Responsible for Workplace Safety.
• Writing employee contracts and negotiating salary and other benefits

Other Attributes:

1. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
2. Self-motivated, intelligent, dynamic person who can quickly learn
3. Good analytical skill
4. Having knowledge of HR related acts and laws.
5. Ability to work independently
6. Should be able to handle work pressure.
7.  Aggressively result oriented and self starter

Salary:

Rs.40 k to 45 k/- Negotiable
