IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

CodeMines Computer Institute is looking for an experienced Corporate Relations Manager (IT Placements) to build relationships with software companies and generate placement opportunities for our students.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or corporate relations and possess strong networking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers of IT companies.
• Generate placement opportunities for freshers in:
• Python Developer
• .NET Developer
• React Developer
• Java Developer
• MERN Stack Developer
• AI/ML Engineer
• Data Analyst
• Full Stack Developer
• Contact software companies through LinkedIn, Naukri, email, phone calls, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
• Follow up with recruiters until candidates are successfully placed.
• Maintain a database of hiring companies, recruiters, and job openings.
• Coordinate with trainers and students regarding interview schedules and job requirements.
• Prepare placement reports and achieve monthly placement targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Staffing, Talent Acquisition, Placement, or Corporate Relations.
• Strong network with software companies is preferred.
• Experience in hiring or placing IT candidates is an added advantage.
