Job Description

  • 1. Hardware AssemblyMotherboard Prep: Install CPU, apply thermal paste, mount the cooler, and click RAM into dual-channel slots.
  • Case Mount: Install the PSU, secure the motherboard onto chassis standoffs, and mount storage drives (SSD/HDD).
  • Expansion & Cables: Slot the GPU into the PCIe x16 lane. Connect the 24-pin board power, 8-pin CPU power, GPU power, and front panel headers.
  • 2. Software InstallationOS Deployment: Boot from a USB drive to install Windows or Linux on the primary SSD.
  • Drivers: Install motherboard chipset, LAN, and latest GPU drivers (NVIDIA/AMD).
  • Production Apps: Install required software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, EDIUS, DaVinci Resolve) and configure scratch disks/GPU acceleration for optimal performance.
  • 3. TroubleshootingNo Power: Check the PSU switch, wall outlet, and internal power cable seating.
  • No Display / POST Fail: Reseat the RAM and GPU. Ensure the display cable is plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard. Check motherboard debug LEDs.
  • Crashes / BSOD: Note the error code. Boot to Safe Mode, update conflicting drivers, or use DDU for a clean graphics driver reinstall.
  • 4. Software Demo & Remote SupportRemote Tools: Use AnyDesk or TeamViewer for remote configuration and technical assistance.
  • Demo Prep: Clear background tasks, verify system specs match software requirements, and showcase core workflows (like real-time rendering) smoothly.
