The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, counseling them on suitable courses, handling inquiries, conducting follow-ups, achieving monthly admission targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with the admissions team, and delivering an excellent student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
