About Us:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, and maintenance of our premium residential properties across Bengaluru (mostly in HSR and Haralur Road)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily property operations, including security, housekeeping, and building maintenance.
  • Resolve service requests promptly.
  • Supervise service vendors.


Qualifications:


  • 12th Pass or diploma.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience managing residential properties in Bengaluru.
  • Strong understanding of building management systems and local vendor networks.
  • Good English communication.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Kannada) is a strong advantage.
