Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and result-driven Field Executive to drive B2B sales by identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting client meetings, and closing business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new B2B leads through field visits and networking.
• Visit prospective clients and present the company's products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and convincing ability.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
