Barista

Location: Bachupally, Hyderabad

We're looking for a passionate, hardworking, and career-focused Barista to join Chalo FIKA – Coffee on Wheels. If you're someone who enjoys making great coffee, loves interacting with customers, and is ready to grow with a unique roadside speciality café, we'd love to hear from you.

• What We're Looking For: Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of espresso-based beverages.
• Must know espresso extraction standards, milk steaming, milk texturing, and drink volumes.
• Experience in latte art is highly preferred.
• Able to prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages consistently.
• Understands coffee quality, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
• Comfortable working in a Tata Ace mobile café and serving customers from a roadside setup.
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Honest, reliable, and accurate with billing and cash handling.
• Flexible to work different shifts based on business requirements.
• Ready to stay with the company long-term and build a career with us.
• Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages in accordance with SOPs.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee truck and equipment.
• Handle billing accurately and maintain proper cash records.
• Open and close the café independently when required.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Represent the Chalo FIKA brand professionally at all times.
• Important Information: This is a mobile roadside café operating from a Tata Ace.
• The candidate should be comfortable working in this environment.
• The employee will be responsible for arranging their food, transportation, and accommodation.
• Flexible working hours and shift timings are part of the role.
