Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager – Affordable HL & LAP
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to drive business growth in our Affordable Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. This is a team-handling role focused on open market sourcing and managing Direct Sales Teams (DSTs).
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and drive a high-performing team of DSTs and sales executives to meet monthly business targets.
- Business Development: Generate leads and close cases primarily through the open market (direct sourcing, builders, connectors, and local networks).
- Product Focus: Drive sales for Affordable Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) with an average ticket size of up to ₹1 Crore.
- Portfolio Health: Ensure high file login-to-disbursement conversion rates while maintaining strict adherence to credit and compliance guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Age: Maximum 34 years.
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in retail asset sales (HL/LAP), with a mandatory track record of handling a sales team.
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of the affordable housing market, open market sourcing capabilities, and excellent team-driving skills.
