Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits for EMI and overdue payment collections. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at assigned locations to collect overdue EMI payments.
• Follow the daily allocation provided by the Collection Manager.
• Educate customers on repayment schedules and available payment options.
• Negotiate repayment plans within company-approved guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
• Update collection status using the company's mobile application or CRM.
• Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Escalate difficult or sensitive cases to the reporting manager.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and company regulations.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in Field Collection, Sales, Recovery, or BFSI.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Smartphone is mandatory for reporting and application usage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer handling and conflict resolution abilities.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
• Time management and route planning skills.
