 Project Execution & Plan Interpretation

• Drawing Validation: Carefully interpret detailed layout plans, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and shop drawings before execution.
• Site Layout: Precisely mark dimensions, levels, and alignments for interior features like partitions, false ceilings, and modular furniture.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve design-versus-site discrepancies, providing quick technical solutions to the labor force.

🛠️ Material & Vendor Management

• Procurement & Verification: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of interior materials (e.g., wood, glass, flooring, tiles, electrical fixtures).
• Quality Checks: Inspect raw materials upon arrival to confirm they match the required brand, grade, and specifications.

📋 Quality Assurance (QA) & Supervision

• Daily Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of interior contractors, carpenters, painters, and electricians.
• Workmanship Inspection: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure flawless finishes (e.g., seamless wall finishes, accurate tile joints, structural stability of woodwork).
• Defect Management: Identify poor workmanship and issue instructions for corrective actions before project handover.

⏱️ Timeline & Resource Management

• Progress Tracking: Monitor on-going work against the master project schedule to ensure key milestones are met.
• Manpower Allocation: Ensure adequate labor is deployed for the day's targeted tasks.
