Job Description
Purpose of the Role :
Ø Take complete ownership of interior projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Plan and execute interior projects from design freeze to final handover.
Ø Lead project teams including site engineers, supervisors, and vendors.
Ø Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
Ø Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Ø Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
Ø Handle change management, claims, and final billing.
Ø Prepare regular project status reports.
Qualification & Skills:
Ø BE / B.Arch / Interior Design qualification.
Ø 8–12 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
Ø Strong leadership, planning, and client-handling skills.
Ø Salary : 50k-70k
