Job Description
About the Role
Sango Royal India Pvt Ltd is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Consultant
specializing in B2C lead conversion. This role is designed for a professional who excels at
turning inquiries into high-value sales through a combination of expert product knowledge
and persuasive negotiation.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive closer who can guide customers from the initial
consultation phase to the final transaction, ensuring a premium experience throughout the
sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Lead Conversion: Identify and aggressively convert B2C leads into sales
to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Design-Led Consultation: Provide expert advice on product selection, color
schemes, and layouts to ensure technical and aesthetic alignment with client needs.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site evaluations at client locations to provide tailor-made
design solutions and product recommendations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with
clients, managing both pre-purchase expectations and post-purchase satisfaction.
Negotiation & Closing: Develop and present beneficial pricing deals and genuine
discounts to close sales on the spot.
Market Outreach: Identify new business opportunities and conduct outreach to
acquire high-value retail and corporate clients.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to manage delivery
timelines and ensure high levels of customer service.
Requirements & Qualifications
Sales Excellence: Proven track record in lead conversion and closing high-value
deals in a competitive market.
Technical Background: Experience or education in Architecture, Interior Design, or
a related field is highly preferred.
Software Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital design tools
such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Communication Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability
to present to senior decision-makers.
Supervisory Experience: Ability to manage merchandising and oversee service
standards is an asset.
