Job Title: Tele Sales Executive/ Co Ordinator

Employment Type: On-roll (Full-time)

Salary: Upto ₹26,000 CTC per month

 Job Overview: 

•We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

 Key Responsibilities :

•Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

•Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

•Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively. •communicate with customers

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

•Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

•Accurately record customer interactions in the system

 Requirements :

•Graduate in any discipline

•Minimum 1 year of experience in the BPO/tele-calling/tele-sales sector

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

•Ability to work in a target-driven environment

 Preferred Skills: 

•Confident and clear speaking ability

•Customer-focused mindset

•Basic computer knowledge

 Work Time 

Mon to Fri-9.30am to 6.30 pm

Sat- 9.30am to 4.30am.
