Sales Manager

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive / Store Supervisor – Home Furnishing

Location: Bangalore

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Weekly Off: One weekday (Weekend working is mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Senior Sales Executive / Store Supervisor to manage customer enquiries from lead generation to successful project completion. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to coordinate execution with different teams while ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

• Handle walk-in customers and online sales enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furnishing solutions.
• Prepare quotations and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Project Execution

• Coordinate measurements, order processing, production, and installation.
• Follow up with customers until project completion.
• Ensure timely execution and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams.

Customer Communication

• Provide regular updates to customers on order status.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Site Visits

• Visit customer locations for measurements, discussions, and project inspections.
• Be willing to travel within Bangalore as required.

Store Operations

• Supervise daily showroom operations.
• Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
• Guide junior sales staff and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in retail sales, interior products, furniture, or home furnishing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, Google Sheets).
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory for site visits.

Working Schedule

• Store Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Weekend working is compulsory.
• Weekly off on a weekday.
