Job Description
**🚨 Hiring for freshers– Installation Champion (Field Work) 🚨**
🏢 **Company:** SolarSquare Energy
📍 **Location:** Hyderabad
💰 **Salary:** ₹3 LPA (₹21,000 In-hand) + ₹4,000–₹5,000 Petrol Allowance
🎓 **Qualification:** Intermediate / Any Degree
👨 **Gender:** Male Candidates Only
Job Role:
* 100% field-based role.
* Visit customer sites for solar installation projects.
* Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements.
* Coordinate with customers, vendors, and installation teams.
* Monitor installation progress and ensure timely completion.
* Collect and update project-related site data.
* Flexible to travel up to 40 km per day.
Requirements:
* Two-wheeler mandatory.
* Comfortable with extensive field work and daily travel.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Basic understanding of measurements and site inspections is preferred.
