Quality Assurance Executive

Role Overview

CBC Conseguirs is seeking a motivated Operations Executive with minimum 2 Years experience in the meat processing or any other Food industry. The candidate will support day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards while assisting in production and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Meat processing techniques: Apply knowledge of cutting, deboning, portioning, and preservation methods.
• Quality control: Monitor product standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Operational support: Assist in managing workflow, coordinating with production staff, and maintaining records.
• Inventory management: Track raw material usage, finished goods, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Safety compliance: Follow food safety guidelines, workplace safety rules, and ensure proper handling of equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum experience in meat processing industry.
• Practical knowledge of processing techniques and handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a structured operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work in a general shift.

Compensation & Benefits
