Job Title: Primary / Preschool Teacher

• Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (and nearby areas)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Age Limit: 22 to 35 years
• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and strong phonics concepts.
• Activity-Based Learning: Design and implement hands-on, creative activities to make learning fun and impactful.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a warm, structured, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and discipline.
• Assessments & Progress: Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly, maintaining records of their developmental milestones.
• Parent Communication: Build strong, positive relationships with parents and provide regular, constructive feedback on their child's growth.
• Administrative Duties: Use school ERP systems and basic computer tools to manage attendance, lesson plans, and reports.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Phonics Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of phonics and early childhood reading techniques.
• Teaching Philosophy: A patient, child-centric approach with a genuine passion for early-years education.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and comfort using school ERP software.
• Soft Skills: Highly energetic, creative, collaborative, and adaptable.
