Job Description

Job Title: Packaging & Dispatch Executive

Location: Kalyan

Responsibilities:

Pick products as per order invoice.

  • Verify product, quantity and customer details.
  • Pack orders neatly, safely and accurately as per protocol.
  • Add thank-you cards, instruction cards and promotional inserts without missing anything.
  • Generate courier labels and prepare parcels for dispatch.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups.
  • Update dispatch status in the system.
  • Maintain stock of packaging materials.
  • Keep the packing area clean and organised.
  • Report damaged or low-stock items immediately.
  • Follow packaging SOPs and quality standards.
