Job Description

  • Source and generate Home Loan leads from the open market.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and connectors.
  • Explain Home Loan products and guide customers through the loan process.
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
  • Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly.
  • Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing.
  • Ensure proper documentation and customer follow-up.
  • Maintain good customer service and relationship management
