We are looking for aggressive, target-driven individuals to join our core growth team in Rohini, Delhi.

The Role & Your Day-to-Day WorkThis is a direct, hands-on outreach role. Your single goal is to find, connect with, and generate qualified B2B leads for our enterprise automation and ERP solutions. You will be targeting decision-makers in manufacturing factories and trading businesses using a mix of digital channels and direct calling.

  • Your Exact Work Responsibilities:Social Media Outreach: Actively find and pitch to prospective business owners on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using custom messaging strategies.
  • Cold Calling (Outbound): Make direct phone calls to business owners, factory managers, and trading heads to pitch Hybrid Owl’s automation capabilities and set up sales meetings.
  • Lead Sourcing & Data Mining: Identify and list potential manufacturing units and traders across industrial hubs using digital directories and social networks.
  • Pipeline Management: Follow up with prospects daily, clear their initial doubts, and smoothly hand over qualified leads to our technical closing team.
  • Job Requirements & Who Can ApplyEducation & Experience: No specific degree required. Confident freshers who are eager to learn and can communicate smoothly are completely welcome.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. You must feel comfortable picking up the phone and pitching to a business owner or factory head without hesitation.
  • Social Media Tech-Savvy: Active and fluent with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and Instagram for business communication.
  • Mindset: Highly resilient, persistent, and self-motivated. This is a role for go-getters who don't get discouraged by a "No."
