Restaurant Captain

We are ing for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our wait staff team. As a member of Kaffa Coffee Roasters, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers enjoy their time with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly stocked with necessary items.
• Provide recommendations from the menu when required.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Uphold health and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage.
