Inside Sales Team Leader – B2B Sales
**Location:** Noida Sector - 62
**Experience:** 2+ Years
**Qualification:** Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with business owners and understand their requirements.
* Pitch company products/services and explain value propositions.
* Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
* Convert leads into successful closures.
* Coordinate with the field sales team for smooth conversions.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain CRM and follow-up with prospects.
### Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Experience in B2B/Inside Sales/Tele Sales.
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
* Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
* Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from B2B Sales, Digital Sales, Tele Sales, EdTech, Insurance, IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, PolicyBazaar, or similar industries are preferred.
