Job Description

Role Summary

Save Medha Foundation is looking for a sincere and responsible Office Admin for its Mumbai office. The candidate will handle daily office work, patient coordination, appointment management, documentation, phone calls, and basic administrative support.

The role is suitable for someone who is polite, organized, patient-friendly, and comfortable working in a healthcare-support environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and daily office operations.
  • Receive patients and family members politely.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain patient records, visit registers, files, and documents.
  • Coordinate with patients for reports, follow-ups, and basic guidance.
  • Explain basic information about Save Medha Foundation services.
  • Support report collection, printing, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, discipline, and visitor management.
  • Coordinate with doctors, staff, vendors, and management when required.
  • Maintain stock records of brochures, forms, stationery, and other office materials.
  • Prepare daily reports of patient visits, enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Handle basic computer work, email, Google Sheets, and document typing.
  • Ensure confidential handling of patient information.


Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.
  • Basic English communication preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Should know MS Word, Excel/Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Polite, calm, and patient-friendly behaviour.
  • Good file management and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle patients and families with empathy.
  • Should be punctual, responsible, and organized.
