About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team and help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This entry-level role is perfect for those eager to start a career in B2B or SaaS/tech sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, inbound inquiries and Cold calling
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
- Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 0–4 years in Inside Sales/Lead Generation (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot is a plus)
- Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to learn
