Study Visa Counsellor
Company: My Immigrator
Location: Phase 5, Sector 59, Mohali
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Study Visa Counsellor )
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹52,000 per month (Negotiable as per Experience)
About Us My Immigrator is a trusted Study Abroad and Immigration Consultancy established in 2018 in Mohali. We specialize in helping students achieve their international education goals through expert counselling, university admissions assistance, and visa guidance.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Study Visa Counsellor to join our growing team.
- Job Responsibilities Counsel students regarding study opportunities in countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, USA, and Europe.
- Assess student profiles and provide suitable study and career guidance.
- Assist students with admissions, documentation, visa filing, and application processes.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and immigration policies.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner institutions.
- Ensure timely completion of applications and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the student journey.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Study Visa Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or Immigration Counsellor.
- Strong knowledge of study visa procedures and admission processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Strong counselling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
