Architect – Design & Planning

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Architect who can transform concepts into exceptional architectural designs through advanced use of AutoCAD and other industry-leading design software.

The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, excellent space-planning skills, and the ability to develop innovative architectural solutions from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & PlanningDevelop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings for residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and institutional projects.
• Create highly accurate architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Produce innovative and practical space-planning solutions that maximize functionality and aesthetics.
• Translate client requirements into creative and technically feasible designs.
• Technical DocumentationPrepare detailed AutoCAD drawings with precision and adherence to applicable building codes and standards.
• Develop Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Review and modify drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure design accuracy and compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements.
• Visualization & PresentationCreate high-quality 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation materials.
• Present design concepts effectively to clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
• Project CoordinationCoordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, and other consultants.
• Participate in site visits and monitor project progress against design intent.
• Resolve design and execution-related issues during construction.

Software Expertise Required :

The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Lumion
• 3ds Max
• V-Ray
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• BIM-based workflows
• Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of Rhino, Enscape, Twinmotion, Grasshopper, and AI-based architectural design tools will be an added advantage.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Registered Architect preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant architectural design experience.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating design excellence and technical proficiency.
