Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets for Chopda Foods and Spices products. Daily activities include visiting retailers and distributors, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and reporting on sales performance to support strategic decisions. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to plan promotions, improve product visibility, and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities within the Pune Division.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to plan routes, manage visits, and follow up on leads and orders.
- Previous experience in FMCG, food products, or spices sales is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools and reporting systems for tracking sales activities and performance.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the Pune Division and work on-site in markets and customer locations.
