Key Responsibilities:
Assign leads to Sales Relationship Managers (RMs).
Monitor lead follow-ups and ensure timely action by the sales team.
Track calling activities, lead status, and conversions.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
Generate daily and monthly lead management reports.
Identify unattended leads and coordinate with the concerned team.
Ensure proper lead allocation and prevent lead leakage.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for smooth lead flow.
Support CRM operations and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
6months to 1 year of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or Real Estate.
Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
