Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Contact prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to build strong relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12th, Undergradute / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic English, Experience in sales.
- Experience in IT, Software, Staffing, or Service Industry sales.
