Medical Representative (MR)

Urgent Hiring | Field Sales Executive | Pharma Distribution | Shimla ONLY

We are hiring for the position of Field Sales Executive for our pharma distribution business in Shimla. This position is strictly open to candidates based in Shimla only. Only candidates with prior pharma industry experience will be considered — freshers and non-pharma backgrounds need not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily field visits to chemists, pharmacies, and clinics in Shimla and assigned areas

- Order collection, follow-up, and ensuring product availability at retail counters

- Coordinating with distributors/stockists for timely delivery

- Payment follow-up and outstanding collection

- Reporting daily market feedback and sales activity

- Expanding market coverage and building new customer relationships

Requirements (MANDATORY — non-negotiable):

- Must be currently residing in Shimla. Candidates from other cities will NOT be considered.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharma sales, MR role, or pharma field sales is MANDATORY

- Must know how to ride a two-wheeler (bike); own vehicle strongly preferred

- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred

- Strong knowledge of Shimla pharma market (chemists, stockists, clinics)

- Immediate joiners preferred
