Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Handle billing, basic inventory updates, and customer queries.
- Assist customers with product demonstrations and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- 1–3 years of retail or showroom sales experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
- Cricket knowledge will be preferred but is not mandatory.
