Marketing Executive

What You'll Do 

Brand & Content 

• Build campaign ideas that make Bubble Me impossible to ignore. 
• Own the content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Email, WhatsApp, and more. 
• Write captions, ad copy, campaign lines, blogs, and product stories that land. 
• Partner with designers and creators to bring assets to life. 

Growth & Performance 

• Support Meta and Google advertising campaigns. 
• Track performance and optimise for engagement, conversions, and ROAS. 
• Read the data and spot the next growth lever. 

Influencer & Community 

• Find and partner with creators, wellness voices, and brand advocates. 
• Build authentic collaborations and fuel user-generated content. 
• Keep the community talking. 

Launches, Research & Ideas 

• Plan and land product launches and seasonal moments, keeping every team in sync. 
• Stay ahead of trends, consumer behaviour, and what the best global D2C brands are doing. 

Who You Are 

• A creative thinker and a confident executor. 
• Curious, proactive, and quick to learn. 
• Equal parts imagination and spreadsheet. 
• Someone who takes ownership and thrives when things move fast. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
• 1–3 years in digital, brand, or growth marketing. 
• Sharp copywriting and communication skills. 
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing. 
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. 
• A soft spot for wellness, lifestyle, skincare, or D2C is a bonus.
