Job Description
Identify potential markets for PCD Pharma Franchise.
Develop territory-wise franchise expansion plans.
Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers and pharma businesses.
Appoint one exclusive franchise partner per PIN code after proper market evaluation.
Conduct business meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
Evaluate business potential before finalizing franchise appointments.
Ensure territory exclusivity and avoid franchise overlap.
Build long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Generate business through market development and territory expansion.
Maintain daily visit reports, market intelligence and CRM updates.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and order execution.
Achieve monthly franchise development and sales targets.
